CareCheck DBS & Right to Work Integration Is Now Live in Leo HR
We're delighted to announce that CareCheck is now connected to Leo HR, bringing workforce screening another step closer to the wider employment journey.
For employers, particularly those operating in regulated and people-focused sectors, recruitment doesn't stop when you've found the right person. DBS screening, Right to Work checks and maintaining appropriate compliance records can all form part of bringing someone safely into the organisation.
Too often, those processes live in separate systems.
We're changing that.
Screening connected to your HR records
Organisations can now connect their own CareCheck account to Leo HR and initiate supported DBS and remote Right to Work screening through the platform.
Supported workflows include Basic, Standard and Enhanced DBS checks, alongside remote Right to Work checks.
CareCheck processes the screening through the employer's own CareCheck account, while Leo helps keep the workflow connected to the candidate or employee record.
That means employers can spend less time moving between disconnected processes and manually keeping HR and compliance records aligned.
From candidate to employee
The integration isn't simply about adding another screening service.
It's about connecting screening to the wider employment journey.
CareCheck application progress can be tracked within Leo HR and associated with the relevant candidate or employee, helping organisations maintain a clearer compliance history alongside the HR information they already manage.
CareCheck remains the screening provider and employers retain their own CareCheck account and billing relationship.
Employers also remain responsible for determining their eligibility to request checks and for making their own employment and suitability decisions.
